Vietos ženklai seirijiškių tautosakoje: tekstai, žmonės, vietovardžiai

LTStraipsnis parašytas remiantis Lietuvių literatūros ir tautosakos institute Lietuvių tautosakos archyve saugoma su Seirijų apylinkių žmonėmis susijusia medžiaga - rankraščiais, garso įrašais, susirašinėjimų dokumentais ir nuotraukomis. Siekiama dviejų tikslų: parodyti Seirijų kraštovaizdžio (geografinio ir kultūrinio) atspindžius vietinėje folklorinėje tradicijoje ir priminti žmones, tą tradiciją padėjusius išlaikyti ir perduoti ateities kartoms. Kiek leidžia Archyvo medžiaga, duomenų pateikiama apie tautosakos rinkėjus, jų aplankytus žmones, darbo metodiką. Užrašyta tautosaka aptariama atidžiau žvelgiant į tekstus apie gamtos ar istorinio paveldo objektus, Seirijų krašto bendruomenės ar konkrečių jos narių gyvensenos savitumą. Tirti pasirinkti tekstai archyve buvo sukaupti 1912-2008 m. Kadangi nuolat užrašomų to paties tipo kūrinių turima nedaug, analizei naudojamas sinchroninis metodas. ENThe author of the article aims to elucidate how information on elements of the local landscape, which is important to people, enters the consciousness of the community and becomes established in the common folkloric worldview. Folklore texts, especially folk-belief legends and place-legends, as well as place-names are the main bearers of this information. Therefore, the study is based on the folklore manuscripts, sound and video recordings, and correspondence between scholars and folklore collectors that are preserved at the Folklore Archives housed in the Institute of Lithuanian Literature and Folklore. The research materials were collected in southern Lithuania, in Seirijai Town and its surrounding locality in 1912-2008. This impressive collection is the result of close communication between local village people and folklore collectors. It could even now be interesting to the local community and folklore historiographers alike, thus in the first part of the article the author introduces these people who have told and recorded the analyzed narratives. In the second part, he discusses the folk-belief legends and place-legends that allude to the particular objects of the local nature and historical or cultural heritage.
