Vaiko minimalios priežiūros priemonių taikymo praktikos įvertimas Lietuvoje

LTDelinkventinis nepilnamečių elgesys, jų apraiškų stebėsena, kontrolė bei prevencija, tai nuolatiniai prioritetiniai klausimai valstybėje, o jų ignoravimas sukelia itin destruktyvius padarinius visuomenėje (nepilnamečių socializacijos sutrikimai, jų įsitraukimas į nusikalstamą veiklą, smurto ir prievartos palaikymas ir augimas artimoje aplinkoje ir kt.). Efektyvus reagavimas į nepilnamečių delikventinį elgesį (pvz. psichiką veikiančių medžiagų vartojimą, viešosios tvarkos, kitus teisės pažeidimus, būrimasis į grupes, pasižyminčias destruktyvia veikla ir kt.) sudaro prielaidas užkirsti kelią nepilnamečių kriminogeninių veiksnių formavimuisi, taip pat kuriamos tinkamos socializacinės sąlygos.
