LTŠiame straipsnyje analizuojama problema, kokie grožio specialistų neformaliojo švietimo organizavimo ir realizavimo aspektai lemia jų profesinį tobulėjimą. Straipsnio tikslas – atskleisti grožio specialistų neformaliojo švietimo organizavimo ir realizavimo aspektus jų profesiniam tobulėjimui. Todėl siekiama išanalizuoti grožio specialistų neformaliojo švietimo organizavimo ir realizavimo teorinius aspektus bei atlikti pasirinktos mokymo paslaugas grožio specialistams teikiančios organizacijos neformaliojo profesinio švietimo organizavimo ir realizavimo veiklos analizę. Straipsnyje atskleidžiama neformaliojo suaugusiųjų švietimo samprata, esmė, įvairūs šio proceso organizavimo ir realizavimo aspektai grožio specialistų profesiniam tobulėjimui. Pateikta grožio specialistų neformaliojo švietimo organizavimo ir realizavimo schema gali pasitarnauti ir kitoms grožio srities švietimo, mokymo institucijoms kokybiškai organizuojant ir realizuojant šį procesą. Parengta kokybinio tyrimo metodika, išskirtos neformaliojo švietimo organizavimo ir realizavimo kategorijos ir subkategorijos gali pasitarnauti ne tik pasirinktos neformaliojo profesinio mokymo paslaugas teikiančios grožio specialistams organizacijos veiklos tobulinimui, bet ir kitų grožio srities institucijų veiklos tyrimui bei analizei. Pateikti siūlymai pasirinktai mokymo paslaugas grožio specialistams teikiančiai organizacijai gali būti vertingi ir kitų institucijų neformaliojo švietimo organizavimo ir realizavimo veiklos analizei bei tobulinimui. ENIn this article analyzes the problem what of aspects for organizing and realizing non-formal education of beauty professionals determine their professional development. The aim of the article is to reveal of the aspects of organizing and realizing non-formal vocational education of beauty professionals for their professional development. Therefore, the aim is to analyze the theoretical aspects of the organization and realization of non-formal education of beauty professionals and to carry out the analysis of the activity of organizing and implementing non-formal vocational education of a selected organization providing beauty services to beauty professionals. The article reveals the notion, essence of non-formal adult education, various aspects of the organization and implementation of this process for the professional development of beauty professionals. The presented scheme for the organization and realization of non-formal education for beauty professionals can also serve other educational and training institutions in the field of beauty in the qualitative organization and implementation of this process. The methodology of qualitative research has been developed, the categories and subcategories of the organization and implementation of non-formal education can serve not only the improvement of the activity of the selected beauty care organization providing non-formal vocational training services, but also the research and analysis of other beauty institutions. The suggestions presented to the selected organization providing beauty services may also be valuable for the analysis and improvement of non-formal education activities of other institutions.The analysis of the selected organization providing non-formal vocational training to beauty professionals has identified areas for improvement: the deeper market and needs analysis of beauty professionals, pre-supply, response, communication (dissemination, promotion) and evaluation, self-evaluation, which would serve the perspective of improving programs and their implementation; in the category "program realization", in the sub-category "content", it was found that program content is interesting, valuable, methods are properly selected, lecturers and professionals from Lithuania and abroad are guaranteed, but their lack of andragogical competences is observed, documentation of the organization and realization of non-formal vocational education of beauty specialists, portfolios of competence development, etc. Key words: beauty professional, non-formal adult education, organization, realization.
