Pedagoginis tėvų konsultavimas - viena iš sėkmingo bendradarbiavimo sąlygų

LTStraipsnyje pristatomos pagrindinės ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų ir tėvų bendradarbiavimo problemos, analizuojama ir ieškoma įvairių bendradarbiavimo formų siekiant vaikų, pedagogų ir tėvų santykių kokybės. Remiantis į vairių autorių teorinėmis nuostatomis pagrindžiamas pedagoginis tėvų konsultavimas, kaip viena iš bendradarbiavimo su tėvais formų, apimanti dvi pagrindines sritis: keitimąsi informacija apie ugdymo instituciją ir informacija apie ugdytinį. Konsultantas ik imokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje suvokiamas kaip neatsiejama švietimo sistemos grandis, kuri įkvepia kiekvieno vaiko pasiekimus, atstovauja vaikų ir šeimos interesus, bendradarbiauja su aplinkiniais žmonėmis bei kitomis institucijomis, kuria ir tobulina ugdymo si aplinką. Straipsnyje taip pat pristatomi ir analizuojami empirinio tyrimo rezultatai apie individualių konsultacijų ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoje naudą, turinį, pedagogo konsultanto asmenines savybes bei profesinį pasirengimą. pasirengimą.. ENIn the article the subject of the research pedagogical parental counseling is formulated. Issues of research are identified, namely the lack of effective co operation between pre school educational institutions and parents in se arch of different forms of cooperation in order to improve the quality of the children's educational process. The purpose of the study is to provide pedagogical parenting counseling as one of the conditions for successful co operation. The following method s were used to perform the research: theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, empirical questionnaire written and oral, quantitative and qualitative analysis of data. The theoretical analysis revealed that cooperation between e ducators and parents of pupils in the pre school education institution is extremely important for the education and development of the child. Pedagogical parenting counseling it is quality parental advice, which usually covers two main areas: exchanging information about the educational institution and information about the learner. A counselor at a school should be perceived as an integral part of the educational system that inspires the achievements of each child, represents the interests of children an d the family, cooperates with people around the world and other institutions that develop and improve the educational environment.The empirical study revealed that the most important forms of parent teacher cooperation are individual consultations, meetin gs, events. Respondents and informants identify parent teacher pedagogical counseling as a meeting between parents and teachers, which involves contact between the teacher and parents, information sharing and problem solving. Research findings revealed the mutual benefit of collaboration between parents and teachers. The teacher's consultant must have certain qualities and professional skills. The content of the teacher consultant work includes creating a safe counseling climate, encouraging the parent's wi llingness to cooperate and to provide methodological information and constantly being interested in the latest and most relevant information about the child's development, his educational achievements and behavior.
