Ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų asmenybės kūrybiškumo raiška plėtojant kultūrinę kompetenciją

LTDaugelio mokslininkų (Jovaišos, 2007; Girdzijauskienės, 2005; Grakauskaitės-Karkockienės, 2006 ir kt.) nuomone, kūrybiškumas yra gebėjimų visuma, kompleksas intelektinių ir asmens savybių. Kūrybiškumas, kaip asmenybės savybė, - tai atvirumas naujai patirčiai, savarankiškumas, lankstumas, dinamiškumas, originalumas ir kt. Vienas iš pagrindinių veiksnių, ugdančių vaiko kūrybiškumą yra ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogas. Šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogui nebepakanka baigti aukštąją mokyklą ir įgyti kompetencijų visam gyvenimui. Visuomeninio gyvenimo pokyčiai, technologijos ir inovacijos reikalauja nuolatinio atsinaujinimo, tobulėjimo, gerosios patirties perėmimo. Kultūrinė kompetencija - tai pedagogo gebėjimas rengti ir įgyvendinti įvairias veiklas, skirtas ugdytinių vertybinėms nuostatoms formuoti, socialiniam atsakingumui, pilietiškumui ir patriotiškumui ugdyti bei kultūrinių ir socialinių aspektų integravimas įgyvendinant ugdymo turinį. Taigi kyla klausimas, kaip pasireiškia ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogo kūrybiškumas plėtojant pedagogo kultūrinę kompetenciją.Siekiant išanalizuoti ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų kūrybiškumo raišką, plėtojant kultūrinę kompetenciją, naudotasi šiais tyrimo metodais: moksline literatūros analize, dokumentų analize, apklausa žodžiu (pusiau standartizuotas interviu) ir turinio kokybine analize. Straipsnyje pristatoma kūrybiškumo sampratos ir kūrybiškos pedagogo asmenybės bruožų apžvalga bei pedagogo kultūrinės kompetencijos raiška ikimokyklinio pedagogo veikloje teoriniu aspektu. Taip pat ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogo kūrybiškumo raiškos, plėtojant pedagogo kultūrinę kompetenciją, apklausos žodžiu duomenų analizė. Ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų kūrybiškumas, plėtojant kultūrinę kompetenciją, reiškiasi formuojant socialinį, pilietinį, patriotinį atsakingumą ir vertybines nuostatas. Formuojant vertybines nuostatas ikimokyklinio ugdymo pedagogų kūrybiškumas reiškiasi idėjų gausa, gebėjimu išreikšti jausmus. Gebėjimu išreikšti riziką, pasitikėjimu kitais ir lanksčiu požiūriu reiškiasi pilietinis ir patriotinis atsakingumas. Formuojant socialinį atsakingumą pedagogų kūrybiškumas reiškiasi idėjų gausa, rizika, smalsumu, gebėjimu išreikšti jausmus, pasitikėjimu kitais, atkaklumu ir dominavimu. ENAccording to many researchers (Jovaiša, 2007; Girdzijauskienė, 2005; Grakauskaitė-Karkockienė, 2006 and others), creativity is a set of abilities, a complex of intellectual and personal qualities. Creativity, as a trait of personality, is openness to new experiences, autonomy, flexibility, dynamism, originality, and others. One of the main factors contributing to the child's creativity is the pre-school teacher. In modern society, for the teacher of pre-school education it is not enough to complete a university and gain a life-long competence. Changes in society, technology and innovation require constant renewal, development, and taking over good practice. Cultural competence is the ability of the teacher to develop and implement various activities aimed at developing the values of students' education, social responsibility, citizenship and patriotism, and the integration of cultural and social aspects in the implementation of educational content. Thus, the question arises as to the creativity of the teacher of pre-school education in developing the pedagogue's cultural competence. The article discusses the concept of creativity and the personality traits of the creative teacher and the expression of the cultural competence of the teacher in the theoretical aspect of the activities of a pre-school teacher. Also, expression of creativity of a teacher of pre-school education teacher, developing cultural competence of a teacher, analysis of oral interview data.The article presents the research aimed at analyzing the expression of creativity of pre-school education teachers in the development of cultural competence, the research problem was raised: how the creativity of a pre-school education teacher develops in developing the cultural competence of the teacher, the goal is to analyze the expression of the creativity of the personality of pre-school educators in the development of cultural competence. Research methods selected for this purpose: analysis of scientific literature, document analysis, oral interview (semi-standardized interview) and qualitative analysis of content. Research data revealed that creativity is a set of skills, a complex of intellectual and personal qualities. Creativity as a personality feature is openness to new experience, autonomy, flexibility, risk, self-worth, ability to express feelings, originality, curiosity, altruism, trust in others. One of the main factors contributing to the child's creativity is the teacher of pre-school education. Cultural competence is the ability of the teacher to develop and implement various activities aimed at developing the values of educators' education, social responsibility, citizenship and patriotism, and the integration of cultural and social aspects in the implementation of educational content. The creativity of pre-school education teachers, developing cultural competence, takes the form of social, civic, patriotic responsibility and values. Creativity of pre-school educators while teaching basic values is focused on abundance of ideas, self-esteem, ability to express feelings and flexible approach. The ability to express feelings, curiosity, trust in others and a flexible attitude manifests civil and patriotic responsibility. In developing social responsibility, the creativity of teachers is expressed in the abundance of ideas, in detail, in trust in others, perseverance and dominance. Key words: creativity, teacher.
