ENIn the 21st century, creativity is treated as an exceptional human ability that determines its success in a competitive world. The pre-school institution plays a decisive role in organizing the educational process oriented towards the development of children's creativity. It is very important for an educator working in an institution to discover the activities appropriate to each child in which he can reveal, in particular the form of expression characteristic of artistic activity: movement, singing, music, and acting. The problem of the research Artistic activity is interesting and attractive to every child, as it reminds the game, and in the pre-school age, it is a major activity in which children realize themselves. Therefore, artistic activity organized in pre-school educational institutions reminds the game, while creating an attractive pedagogical environment for the development of creativity. The importance of the development of children's creativity is emphasized by the work of researchers (Jautakytė, 2014; Bražienė, 2009; Grakauskaitė-Karkockienė, 2002-2006; Cropley, 2009; Cheung, 2012, etc.), but there are still too few studies in both abroad and Lithuania, with a thorough analysis of the possibilities of developing creativity in artistic activities of pre-school children. The problem of the research is elaborated on the following questions: 1. What are the possibilities of artistic activity in developing creativity in the pre-school age? 2.
