Beržoro bažnyčios varpinė ir varpai

LTĮėjus pro centrinius kapinių – šventoriaus vartus, kairėje pusėje stovi medinė Šv. vyskupo Stanislovo Beržoro bažnyčios varpinė. Ji sudėtinio tūrio, taisyklingo kvadrato (4,20 x 4,20 m) formos, su prieangiu, siekianti apie 9 m aukščio. Pamatai akmens mūro, karkasas apkaltas išilginėmis lentomis, stogas keturšlaitis, dengtas skiedromis, užsibaigiąs mediniu kupolėliu ir nedideliu kaltiniu kryžiumi. Kiekvienoje sienoje įrengtą po akustinę angą, kurios uždaromos langinėmis. Dabar varpinėje kabo du varpai. Didysis yra 57,5 cm skersmens, nulietas Angermiundėje, Vokietijoje 1844m. Ulricho Johanno Klienšmidto. Puoštas augaliniais ornamentais, įsigytas už Platelių klebono kunigo Pranciškaus Mazulevičiaus, Jono Andriuškevičiaus ir parapijiečių paaukotas lėšas. Antras instrumentas yra 52 cm skersmens, gan kuklus, nes puoštas tik septyniomis lygiomis reljefinėmis juostomis, neturįs jokių užrašų. Skambinama įsiūbuojant pačius instrumentus. Nustatyta, kad jau XVIII a. Beržore stovėjo varpinė. Ji remontuota 1815 m., o perstatyta 1858-1864 m. laikotarpiu ir 1898 m. Paskutinis remontas atliktas 2001-2002 m. Dokumentai rodo, kad iš varpinės yra paimti du dideli varpai. Vieną rekvizavo 1831 m. sukilėliai, o kitą per Pirmąjį pasaulinį karą išvežė vokiečiai. ENTo the left of the main gate of the churchyard of Beržoras Church of St. Stanislaus stands a wooden belfry. Marked by a complex space and a regular square shape (4.20 x 4.20 m), the 9-metre high belfry has a porch. The belfry boasts a stone foundation, longitudinal board siding and a hipped shingle roof with a small dome and a wrought iron cross at the top. Each wall features an acoustic aperture with shutters. Now the belfry has two bells. The bigger bell, cast in Angermünde, Germany in 1844, measures 57.5 cm in diameter. Adorned with floral design patterns, the bell was purchased with donations from Plateliai Dean Pranciškus Mazulevičius, Jonas Andriuškevičius and the parish. The other bell, 52 cm in diameter, is quite modest as it is only decorated with seven plain relief ribbons without any inscriptions. The sound is obtained by swinging the bells. It has been established that Beržoras had a belfry already in the 18th c., which underwent repairs in 1815 and reconstruction in 1858-1864 and 1898. The most recent repairs were carried out in 2001-2002. Documents indicate that two big bells were removed from the belfry. One of them was taken in 1831 by the rebels, while the other one was removed by the Germans in World War I.
