ENThe jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of Lithuania has had major impact on strengthening democracy, the rule of law and the stability of the constitutional order in Lithuania. However, the foundation of every democratic state governed by the rule of law is respect for human rights. Moreover, it is often emphasised that the situation of the most vulnerable members of society reflects the actual level of progress and democracy in the state. Therefore, this article seeks to reveal how Constitutional Court in Lithuania have contributed to enhancing the protection of vulnerable groups.
