ENThe author follows family tropes in the works of Czesław Miłosz. Carefully reading the works of the poet, she gathers pieces of family stories and shows how they form shorter or longer chapters of human lives. The complete works by Miłosz allow the reader to track his genealogy back to the 16th century; it is illustrated by a drawing of his family tree created by the author of the article.
