ENPre-school educational institutions confront with competition. If they want to remain competitive, teachers must develop their competences, apply new teaching methods, forms, and seek for a high quality of work. Teachers - leaders can be useful for an educational institution as they can unite teachers and society creating a favourable climate for work, organising activities and realising changes. The article reveals the importance of leadership at the educational institution. However, it was noticed that the expression of teachers' leadership was not analysed at a pre-school educational institution, consequently the problem of the work is formulated raising the questions: "How does teachers' leadership assert at a pre-school educational institution?", "What are the possibilities of expression of teachers' leadership at a pre-school educational institution?" The object of the research is the leadership of teachers of pre - school educational institution. Aim of the work: to reveal the expression of teachers' leadership at pre-school educational institutions. Methods: analysis of documents and scientific literature; quantitative and qualitative research.
