Lietuviškumo paieškos: Angelės Vyšniauskaitės etnografinis tyrimas Vakarų Gudijoje

LTProfesorė Angelė Vyšniauskaitė per daugelį darbo Lietuvos istorijos institute metų dalyvavo daugybėje etnografinių ekspedicijų Lietuvoje ir užjos ribų, užrašė ir į mokslinę apyvartų įvedė daug etnografinės medžiagos. Pranešime analizuojama 1956 metų kompleksinėje ekspedicijoje Baltarusijoje užrašyta medžiaga į aprašus žvelgiant kaip į lietuvybės paieškų šaltinį Gudijoje. ENProfessor Angelė Vyšniauskaitė participated in a lot of ethnographic expeditions both in Lithuania and abroad. Throughout her long professional career, she recorded and introduced a considerable amount of ethnographic material into scientific circulation. The case No.44 stored in the Manuscript Division of the Lithuanian Institute of History contains the material recorded in the complex expedition to Belarus in 1956, which is highly valuable both as a source of ethnographic material and as the researcher’s diary. The recorded stories and supplementing insights of the scholar demonstrate her firm position to seek and capture the signs of Lithuanity in the former Lithuanian ethnic lands. The collected ethnographic material was introduced into scientific circulation in the form of the academic publication The Features of Lithuanian Ethnography as well as the book Lithuanian Family and Customs; Angelė Vyšniauskaitė also used the material to publish her articles on life cycle customs.
